“Too bad the weather wasn't great, because this house is directly on Chebacco Lake. Our grandchildren did enjoy fishing and kayaking, but it would have been fun to spend hours doing everything.The house was immaculate and the owners so communicative. It was easy to locate the house and convenient for us since our son lives nearby.We can't wait to stay there again !!!!”

Mile Marker One restaurant is within a half of a mile as well as a nice gas station/convenient store. Nice outdoor seating to watch the boats while having a drink. Under 3 mi from Hammond Castle and about 15 mi from Rockport and Salem.”

“My husband, dog, and I enjoyed our peaceful week at Steve’s cottage. We loved starting our day drinking coffee on the Adirondack chairs on the front porch listening to the birds. The location was perfect, close to downtown Newburyport and the beach. We had a comfortable stay and Steve is a great host. Be sure to watch the sunset from The Sunset Club at the end of the road and get breakfast from Mad Martha’s. ”

“This home is as amazing as the owners who loaned it to us for a week. They keep it So clean and cozy, with everything you need for a great vacation. So much room inside and outside. The horseshoe pits and corn hole was an added plus which we took full advantage of. Walking distance to everything and we were able to walk to the beach every morning to see the sunrise . Would recommend this property to anyone unless it’s the week that we want to rent it.😊”
