“It was clean, quiet and the hosts were considerate of my situation. I briefly met the hosts and they were kind and polite and let me be about my business. I would definitely stay again when I'm in the area.”

“I chose this apartment for its location primarily and it was a hit. Since we were traveling and staying for two weeks with a toddler and a new baby I was looking for it to also have an outdoor space, and it was wonderful as seen in the pictures. For personal reasons I had to change my dates a few days before my booking was coming up, the hosts had no problem to accommodate my needs. During our stay, we even had the opportunity to meet the neighbor next door and visit her garden. The neighborhood……

“The apartment looked as it did in the pictures. It was nice to have a full sized fridge, oven, washing machine, and dryer. There is no dishwasher. Some minor scuffs and chips on floors and walls. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked well. ”

“We were a family group in town to visit NYC for a graduation and to visit family in Dobbs Ferry. The location was great with ample parking for our cars. The house has comfortable bedrooms, just as seen in photos; and two large rooms for gathering as a group. We took the Hudson MTA in and out of the city and this was convenient. Definitely visit the Untermyer Gardens- a gem! Communication with the host was easy and efficient.”

“The owner was very communicative and responsive throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. However, the condition of the room was far below my expectations. The space was not clean, and the bathroom was in terrible shape — the toilet area had visible dirt and bugs, the floor corners were filthy, and it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The room had a strong musty odor, like an old building that hadn’t been aired out for a long time. Unfortunately, the place was too……
