“Absolutely loved our stay here! The room was immaculate and comfortable and was a great place to crash for the night. There's a parking garage close by, and lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. If homeless people make you uncomfortable, you might not enjoy walking around, but we've never encountered anyone threatening downtown. If I were to ding the property at all, it would be over the cleanliness of the elevator; however, even that wasn't bad. The little cafe that's……

“What a sweet queen room! So fun that each room had a song theme! The staff went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. I had to get my water bottle filled at the bar as my room sink was fairly shallow and the bartenders were always happy to fill me to the top! There were 4 shared bathrooms on the floor which I found to be convenient. I loved the use of a robe and plenty of towels to use when going down the hall. It's an older hotel so I could hear the big party of people next to me……

“Very nice hotel in Downtown Portland, we choose it because it is located 1 minute from Powell Book store. Very nice dining in walking distance. Very nice staff. Parking was not so easy, the staff recommended to take everything out of our car, which was a little inconvenient and it didn't feel very safe to park the car in their parking lot. Other than that a very nice stay.”

“The hotel was clean and comfortable, on the whole. The jetted tub in our suite was a welcomed addition. The curtains and bedding looked tired and the king bed wasn’t particularly comfortable. The room was quiet and once the front desk clerk got our TV working we were able to watch a few programs. The breakfast was adequate but some of those dining were obnoxiously loud. The only cleanliness issue we noticed was a few spatters of what appeared to be blood in the hall as we entered the building……
