“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. “Oskar is amazing! I had a horrible experience at the baymont in thornton colorado so I came to stay here. I have had wonderful service, a quite clean room. They let me bring my cat Willard which is very important to me, but most of all Ive had a very ruff ffew months and I was greeted with kindness and compassion which ment the world to me.
