“Nice friendly helpful staff . Only issue we had is the windows , very easy to climb onto for kids and the windows opened just by using the handle so no button to press in first . ((Obviously that’s not an issue everyone will have but if you have children with disabilities you may find this worrying)). “I was in the annexe room 22. Breakfast was very good. I was there 2 nights. There were clean towels the 2nd day which I didnt think necessary as I am a big believer in saving water, energy, time and money! So maybe a notice could be put up like they do in many hotels to leave towels on floor if they need changing. There were a couple of little things I mentioned to reception but no need to put on here as all in all it was a good hotel. ”

“Really enjoyed my overnight stay in Sandbay. Close to Western Supermare, can hop on a bus and spend time there however there is plenty of entertainment on site also a swimming pool, dart boards and 2x snooker tables. The only downside it's a card only venue but take some cash for vending machine and bingo in the evening cash only. ”

“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”
