纳瓦沙地狱之门国家公园 — 埃尔莎门附近酒店

“It is quite an good option for business travel and for visiting areas located on south lake road. Still with Taxi or car Naivasha town is reachable in relatively short time. The are is quiet at night. Nice big rooms, very polite and helpful staff. What I miss to make it perfect for business is a good equipped gym and a onsite Spa service (Sauna and massages) attending in late hours. allowing to relax after long work-days. In terms of food, I would suggest, make a lesser menu, During my stay it……

“Good place to stay at for a layover. Cheap, spacious rooms, and they provide breakfast. Place is hard to find and it would help if they had a sign thay said "El Sueno Homestay" outside the Main Gate instead of our driver wondering if this is the place, calling the lady, then her coming outside. The place is pn Muthiaga Lane (Its a Blue sign) and leads all the way to the end on the left. The locals helped us find it. But yes, def good place to stay for a night while you transition to your next……

“All the staff serving were very friendly, welcoming and professional. The cleanliness was of the highest quality. The breakfast was very delicious and freshly prepared. The pool was clean and safe. The massage and spa services were excellent. Th security was paramount. Visit Panorama park and experience it for yourself.”

“I booked one night, 1 double room, 1 single room and paid through Expedia for Lake Naivasha Resort. When I arrived they said I had booked 2 single rooms and no meals so they charged me for what they said was the difference. When I saw the receipt I questioned it and said I need a refund! I had booked correctly and I had my paid receipt from Expedia. In the end I would have only owed for our meals. The difference between what they charged me and the cost of the meals should be refunded to me!……

“Excellent hotel with very nice glamping and food / staff was very responsive and nice. Food for breakfast and lunch was excellent / we unfortunately missed dinner. On lake Naivasha with boat tour facilities. Hells Gate Park is very close. Excellent access to all facilities. Special thanks to Geoffrey the Front Desk Manager who was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We would love to have extended our visits will be back again.”

“L'hôtel est idéalement situé, dans un endroit calme entouré d'arbres et de fleurs, tout en étant proche du centre-ville et des lieux à visiter. L'accueil est chaleureux, les services sont excellents, et l'établissement est bien entretenu et propre. Même si nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine pendant quelques jours en raison d'une panne, l'hôtel a fait un geste commercial en nous offrant un petit-déjeuner. La piscine a été rapidement remise en service, parfaitement entretenue et agréable.……

“The staff made it for me. Very helpful and friendly. Rooms comfortable. Shower had to be run for a few minutes before water was hot enough. breakfast made and delivered to your room. Secure parking and security. Quiet. Close to amenities. ”

“Upon arrival, room was prepped with one towel although the reservation was for two individuals. The towel was dirty and stained. Lighting was pretty rough, and did not make the room comfortable to relax in. Hotel porter was asked to call us a cab, for two people. A single motorbike arrived, and we needed to wait quite some time for a second bike. We told the hotel porter and our bikers we wanted to go to Longonot, however they decided to take us to Hells Gate. Along the way, the bikers……

“The hotel is very convenient just off the main Nakuru - Mombasa highway. The bedroom was good and clean, but the bathroom was not working well, had standing water on the floor and not so clean. The staff were helpful, but for some reason my online booking was not received and so it was lucky they had space and I had to get cash to pay. The hotel could be heading in the right direction, but needs more attention to the detail they have in the bedroom to other aspects of the facilities”

“Nothing!! Schmutzig, Schimmelig, Matratzen durchgelegen ( fühlte mich wie eine Banane ). Das 1. Zimmer zur Straße. Laut ohne ende. Statt einer Badezimmer Tür nur ein schmutziges Duschtuch. Das 2. Zimmer am anderen Ende. Schimmel im Zimmer Dusche voll schimmelig. Pflegeprodukte bestand aus einem winzigen Stück Seife. Das Essen nur halb fertig gegart und nicht alles von der Karte zu haben. Nach einer Nacht haben wir den Aufenthalt abgebrochen. Fotos vorhanden von den Mängeln. Ich hätte gern mein……
