“My overall experience at the D Andrea Lagoon was very positive. The customer service was amazing and the premises were great. The only down side of the overall stay would be the area around the hotel. This hotel would be for people that are looking to relax, without doing much. “Das Hotel ist für mich der perfekte Ort um abzuschalten.
Das absolut einzige was ich diesmal reklamiere und auch schon weitergeleitet habe ist, dass sich die Türen nicht leise schließen lassen bzw. die Gäste sehr gerne die Türen ins Schloss fallen lassen haben.
Mir wurde gleich neues Zimmer angeboten.
Der Service und die Mitarbeiter sind sensationell und alle Mega nett.

“We stayed for one night, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. However, we were disappointed with the sea view from our room. The balcony wall was too high and made of concrete, obstructing the view significantly. The sea view was also partial and quite distant, which did not meet our expectations. “Wow what an amazing place to stay lovely view of the coast and access to the beach. We stayed here with our family with 2 young children lots for them and us to do! The food was excellent with so many choices and changes every day. The staff are excellent made you feel really welcome and helped us out with the pram. Der Bereich der Juniorsuiten (das teurere Angebot da exclusiv für Erwachsene) innen (Poolbereich) ist in der Architektur zwar wirklich schön durch die rauschenden Klimageräte auf dem dortigen Restaurant leider aber sehr laut, ca. 55 dBA Dauerlüftungsgeräusch, für ruheliebende nicht empfehlenswert.

“Hatten ein Familienzimmer zu zweit bekommen...dafür reicht es gerade, da das zweite Zimmer nicht klimatisiert ist und es sich somit nur in einem Raum aushalten lässt.
