“Clean, nicely decorated, cozy and all the little details to make it feel homey! 15 mins from BMT and close to downtown attractions. Quiet at night. Owners were very responsive to messages/questions. Directions were easy to follow and liked the ease of just being given a door code the day you arrive. They have all the appliances and things you need, washer and dryer. I was very impressed with what they had done to the place and the sitting area outside was nice at night to relax. Definitely would……

“This property is exactly as described. 2 bedroom, 2 full baths. There is a set of stairs, so - a no-go for handicapped accessibility - but the listing makes this very clear. Having a washer and dryer is a must for travelling these days with limited luggage. The accommodations were sparkling clean and we weren't lacking any amenities. Although having a pizza cutter and some ice trays for the freezer would be nice. The neighborhood is quiet and close to town. We only saw the owner/family twice but……

“We had a wonderful stay at the Brackenridge House Bed & Breakfast. Lily was our Host and she was very accommodating and friendly. The room was lovely - furnished well and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and the bedding was so comfy and cozy! We never moved our vehicle - everything we wanted to do was in walking distance: Riverwalk, Alamo Street. We hope to return very soon. ”

“Quiet and peaceful the whole time. Check in process was very easy and Lise was available with great communication. Location is right next to the main house but facing a different direction so you feel a bit of privacy. The studio style apartment is clean and provides basic kitchen and restroom necessities. Fireplace/seating is available outside to enjoy. Definitely recommend this cute little place for couples or a small family if you bring extra (small) bedding. ”

“Numerous issues. Keypad did not work on checkin and during stay, asked for extra key, they said not needed. My son and I had to coordinate our trip so we would get back at same time or not get in. Asked them to fix lock;she said not necessary. Would not make another key. Mold on all bath Mats-gross. Would not use. Dust and debris under beds, ambulance every 30 minutes or so all night. Neighbor shot off shotgun several times at night. Not expected in middle of night. I asked for extra 15 minutes……
