“My husband and I visited with our one year old Lab for the weekend. The house was super clean and nice. Very secluded! We never saw another human all weekend! The swim area is muddy so water shoes are recommended. Beds are super comfortable. Great wifi. Great communication with host. Definitely recommend.”

“I recently stayed at The Heart of Huxley Bay fishing lake house, and I have to say, it was a truly lovely experience. The house itself has that cozy cabin vibe, decorated with warmth and a touch of charm that immediately makes you feel at home. Each morning, sipping coffee on the porch while taking in the stunning views of the lake was a highlight. Fishing was, of course, a big part of our stay. “The cabin was a perfect size for my fiancé and I and two kiddos, ages 7 & 11. Becky personally stopped by to welcome us and share ideas of places to go swimming. I feel many areas of Sam Rayburn cater to those who own boats. Since we do not, we explored nearby on our day of arrival. The cabin site had a grill, fire pit and play area that we enjoyed each evening after our day trips to Boykin Springs and Lake Tejas. Becky was easy to communicate with and provides plenty of towels!Thank you……
