“Our stay was very good. The check in process was welcoming and friendly. Very clean lobby. Our room was huge. Comfortable king size bed. It had a bench at bottom of bed which was nice to sit on to take shoes off and on. There was a comfortable arm chair my husband used to watch tv. The bathroom was huge and clean. There was a walk-in shower and not a bathtub. Overall, I would definitely recommend. ”

“We decided to try something different for our trip to Rochester and booked a BnB. It was a delightful stay in a beautiful Park Ave neighborhood. The BnB is within walking distance of the Park Ave restaurants and lots of fun. The staff was delightful, and helpful. The camaraderie with the staff and other visitors was fantastic! The only complaint was the bath/shower arrangement was awkward, getting in and out of the shower was a bit dicey. More safety rails would be helpful. In any case, ……

“I had such a lovely stay at Oakfield Hotel & Suites. From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The female at the front desk was so so kind and made check-in super easy. The room was spotless and cozy. I felt really comfortable the entire time. The hotel was quiet, which gave me the chance to relax and actually sleep well (a big win!). “I arrived at this hotel at around 10:30PM on August 18 to check in to my reservation for my one night stay with my husband. The receptionist told me that there were no available rooms. She said the reservation I booked on Expedia should not have gone through. She also said that they were only allowing 3 night stays because they were busy for college move-in day.
