“We've stayed 6 rentals in MV, this is our favorite! Upstairs beautiful, many windows /skylights, views all around. Sitting area full view of Mt. Tam! Separate unit; no noise from others. Spacious, smartly designed, lots conveniences. Street parking convenient alongside unit.Upstairs, spacious kitchen, all appliances. Eating area looks across street, saw several bird species. Ice maker/dispenser, wine cooler, etc. Sitting area nice couch; wish chair were larger. Skylight in stairwell……

“This is a small cottage behind the main house in my favorite Berkeley neighborhood (walk to the movie theater, bakeries, coffee shops, grocery store). I liked the radiant heating and warm floor in the winter, comfortable bed with great linens, and lots of light yet private. It's no longer new, and some of the furnishing is showing its age, but I found the place very comfortable. Parking in the driveway was great, as parking can be tight in this area. Patty was an excellent host.”

“My stay at Georgina's cottage was incredibly comfortable, beautiful and peaceful! The experience was possibly the best I've had while renting a temporary vacation home. It's a small space but very cozy and has all the essentials. Georgina is also the kindest host, easy to communicate with, and made me feel very well cared for during my stay. “We had two couples stay here for a week to visit wineries. Waking up and having breakfast with a beautiful view to start the day was perfection. The pictures don’t even do the property justice. The place is immaculate and everything you could possibly need is provided. Convenient if going between Napa and Sonoma. Will definitely plan to stay here when we return.”

“We had to fill a gap before our flight for two nights and this was a lovely spot. beautiful view from the deck, lovely patio, privacy and close to the market and coffee bar. And on the quiet end of the waterfront in Sausalito. Just fit two adults upstairs and one teen on the downstairs pull out. There are lots of stairs up, which was not a problem for us. Charming.”

“This little apartment is fine. It’s very small and there’s probably 100 stairs to get to the front door I can’t imagine ever having to bring groceries. The finishes are nice and one of the bedrooms is a good size. The second bedroom is tiny and feels like it was probably a converted closet. It’s really a one bedroom apartment with a small little closet with a bed. You asked me several times to write a review so here it is.”

“Woodacre is a great location and this property is in a perfect spot ... high on a hill overlooking the valley. Fully equipped. Great shower. Super back deck. Very comfy bed and pillows (nice surprise). I was visiting friends in Fairfax so this was minutes away. Hiking nearby is very nice, the local deli has sandwiches and breakfast menus that were a surprise and it was quiet. Sunny the dog visited a few days and got treats I always carry on the road. What a jewel he is. The only thing I noticed……

“This is a fabulous neighborhood. Great location. A few blocks from Golden Gate park. Beautiful (Safe) street. Best of all you can park in the garage!! In SF that is amazing!!Lovely 1 bedroom apartment, with large living room which has an extra bed, couch, table perfect for two. "Kitchenette" has sink, small refrigerator/freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, utensils, cutting board etc. Perfect for accommodating snacks and take out meals. You're not going to full on cook here……
