“My room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was clean, there was tea, coffee, sugar and milk all provided. It's outside of Hillsborough so you will need transport to get around but there is plenty of car parking spaces and even space to charge an electric vechicle. Good communication and easy to undestand the locking system”

“Gorgeous property in a quiet rural location, but convenient (5 minute drive) to several towns with lots of dining options. Very comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, charming and welcoming hosts, and delicious(!) breakfast. Beautiful garden filled with birdsong, very peaceful and relaxing - we would have loved to stay longer! Hosts were very helpul with recommendations for places to eat and things to see - absolutley delightful all around!”

“Main standout quality of this hotel is it’s location. Beautiful views of The Mournes and very well maintained gardens. Also ample car parking space. If you want a quiet place to escape then this is it. Very attentive staff and excellent food. We did get the impression that one of the male staff was overworked- it seemed that he was absolutely doing everything, but must stress that he was an excellent ‘people person’ and that nothing was a bother to him. “My mum uses a Zimmer and the acces for her limited mobility was amazing. The staff truly went over and above from the second we walked in to the bar, restaurant, concierge, restaurant, spa etc.... I don't know how they get to know everyones names as so many people go through the door every day. Everyone was exceptional. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Food was out of this world. We weren't bothered too much yet, restaurant seemed to know just by a look, that we were going to ask for……
