“We stayed here with our two dogs for a weekend, just to get away from the city and our regular weekend grind. The home has a lovely original “cabin” A-frame with an upstairs loft, and a gas fireplace that kept the main room nice and warm. There is a main bedroom and bathroom addition that is very generous in size and spotlessly clean. “We absolutely loved this little home. It had breathtaking views that made you feel far from everything even though you're just in a typical suburb. The house is old and it's obvious, but that adds to the rustic charm. You can tell the owner loves it. There are kayaks and firewood in the garage and some basic kitchen essentials. “Upon arrival we knew we’d be in for a fabulous relaxing week. We stayed for 4 days. Our kids stayed busy playing on the lake, kayaking, and skipping rocks. When it rained too heavily we took our fun inside and played a few games we brought with and discovered games in the tv stand as well! The inside of the cabin is beautiful and has such charm.
