“I, my partner, and my friend, his wife and child enjoyed staying at this condo over the 4th of July. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us and it was easy to break up our two groups between the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. Location was convenient and we enjoyed Big Bear's 4th of July fireworks from the neighborhood's green space/dock. Condo is a quick 5-10 minute drive to the main village and an easy drive to other points of interest. Parking was pretty easy.Two main downsides to this……

“This condo exceeded our expectations! This was our first time visiting Big Bear so we mostly just guessed on the location and this was a perfect location - Outside of the hustle/traffic of the Village, but only a few minutes' drive away. The neighborhood is very quiet and full of amenities. The condo itself was very well stocked and had everything we could want in the kitchen (which is often not the case in short term rentals!) Parking was plentiful and very close to the unit so getting luggage……
