“Ok the good, the house is big, charming and the area is great place to be. The not so good: The issues we had at the property was advertised with a King bed and it does not have a King bed. That was a major deciding factor for us booking the property. The place was somewhat dirty. Dirty dog bowls on the kitchen floor, a few throw carpets had tears. Dog prints on the exterior doors. One blanket had stains on it. The description states there is a driveway. There is no accessible driveway. The……

“Such a great feel to the place, cute and modern. Loved the robes in addition to walking across the street to the hot springs. Would have like at least a microwave to heat up left overs! ”

“Very soothing little oasis outside Mancos. Nicely appointed, quiet, with lovely, lush green surroundings. Felt very private. An easy, short drive to Mesa Verde. My singular complaint is that it needs better pillows, but that's such a minor issue. ”

“Views were excellent! Property was perfect for the two of us and our littles pooches. Our Vrbo home was exceptionally clean, stocked with everything we needed and a quiet sanctuary to recharge a bit. We had the privilege of meeting the owner, Gerry who was at another one of his properties, he was very cordial, and provided useful info on restaurants, things to do and offered use of his washer & dryer at the neighboring property as our unit did not have one. Very nice guy! ”
