“Had to collect the key from a different location which was a little irritating but the staff were very helpful so not all bad. Penthouse is spacious and clean with a great view out over the city towards the sea. One pretty major issue though - neither of the bedrooms had curtains or blinds so when the sun comes up at 04:45 in June that’s a massive problem! Why no curtains? Lack of sleep made my next day rather miserable. ”

“It’s the car parking that closes at 11pm - you have to pay for the car parking. There isn’t any sign anywhere to direct you to where you have to park. That is the only reason I won’t be going back - everything else was amazing. ”

“Very nice, high points food, evening meal was lovely, had vegetarian breakfast, it was hot freshly cooked and very tasty. very comfortable, negative: would have liked a mirror in the bedroom, but was only in the bathroom. No soap in bathroom had to use the tube of body wash, no working bedside lamps, issues with the tv, but was resolved very quickly moving my room. Parkingcan be tricky . ”

“Really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return and actually make use of the facilities, we just didn't have the time. There were just a few minor feedback points that I hope are helpful. I don't drink coffee or caffeine and I used my own as the selection was limited. Also there was no milk option for coffee, in the room.
