“Not great for EV drivers as when you take the car to charge, you cannot return to the hotel to park. And the cleanliness in the bathroom prevented me from bathing my 3 year old.”

“I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.”

“I was genuinely surprised by this holiday inn. It was so clean and inviting. Property well maintained, a Starbucks in the lobby, well situated in the city centre! Will stay again! ”

“A lovely pub & hotel with good food and very attentive staff. The room was recently refurbished and was very comfortable. The only negative was that the room was cold. I raised this with reception who said they would press the boost? The heating came on for a bit and then went off again. Again I spoke to reception (I’m not particularly fussy but my hands were actually cold) and they repeated that someone will press the boost. Not ideal on a cold night. Breakfast was lovely though.”

“浴缸花灑頭岀水太少，不足以淋浴。廁所出口有滲水情況嚴重。職員有發現狀況，但沒有即時按排換房服務。反而留言給我避免使用企缸。叫客人接受滲漏情況直至離開酒店。完全沒有考慮到客人需要及服務質素極差劣。需要經過投訴後才按排最後一晚才更換房間。”

“A traditional coaching inn that has been well cared for. The en suite was fairly new and the bedroom small but adequate; both were clean and nicely presented. Dinner food/service both very good. Breakfast adequate. All in all we were both very pleased with our decision to stay here. ”
