“10歳の子供と２人で6日間お邪魔しました。 残念ながら悪天候のせいで飛行機の変更-遅延になりロストバッゲージが発生して、早朝に到着しましたが、レセプション、カスタマーサービスの方々のおかげで、手続など滞りなくでき、後日スーツケースを受け取ることができました。 とても親切で、暖かいサービス精神のあるホテルです。 地下にあるプールはスパはとても清潔ですし、子どもと一緒に利用できるので、特にオススメします。 リムジンバス乗り場からすぐ近くで、メトロ、バスの利用が簡単で、どこに行くのにも便利なので、タクシーよりもİstanbulカードの利用がおすすめです。”

“The hotel is located right next to İstiklal Caddesi, where we can shop for souvenirs with ease within walking distance. Surrounding neighbourhood was vibrant even at evening, while noise was negligible during our stay at night. We got a room upgrade; the room was decent and spacious with plenty ceiling height. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. They provided great recommendations for breakfast and dinner, and it was indeed good ones for what we tried from their options. We could feel their kind……
