“I loved the cottage, the owners Marney and Juan, the couple that have the urban farm across the street: Ray and Leslie. The cottage is old but solid, cozy but roomy, clean and comfortable. Kitchen is nice size and well equipped, excellent refrigerator and elelectric stove. North Miami businesses and Florida International University were convenient, and I loved walking my young dog on the East Arch Creek Nature preserve trail. “The little cottage was comfortable for one person and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well every night. The pictures are not up to date as the vegetation around the cottage is much more overgrown than shows in the picture. Having to manually open and close the large gate was a little annoying but did make it more private. “This rental had all we needed. It was close to the beach, fully supplied, lots of towels, so clean with personalized touches that made you feel at home, and beach chairs.
