“Very bad, old and dirty!!! This hotel is totally ruined my holiday. When I first arrived, I hope I can do a fast check in and order some food at the room because it is late. But the food is really disgusting. Also, the room cleaning service is awful and slow. I called front desk I need a room cleaning service, meanwhile I can get some food at the hotel. But when I finished my lunch. It took me an hour, but when I go back to my room, they don’t even start. After they finished the cleaning, there……

“Have stayed here multiple times because it is a very nice resort. My biggest gripe is the tv sets . You need larger screens and more importantly, smart tvs where one can log into their Netflix or other account and enjoy while theyre indoors . ”

El parkin se cobra a parte de la reserva y tampoco te informan que cuando tienes el chekaut si pasas de las 2:00 PM ay que pagar 20 dolares adicionales que se informa a la hora de recoger el carro. O sea estan falta de brindarle información a los clientes.”
