“離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。”

“A lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. My husband is a severe asthmatic and is allergic to feathers. When we realised that the pillows and duvet were feather and spoke to the housekeeping staff, they went out of their way to help us. They changed all the bedding and ensured that there were no feathers in the room. Special thanks should go to Suzanne and the blond lady who organised this for us. “Parking is in The Lawns car park and at £10 for 24 hours is reasonably priced. Check in was very welcoming and everything explained, including the refurbishment being carried out. The room was lovely, as was the bathroom. Mugs on the tea/coffee tray are a great idea, hotel cups are often far too small! The bed was very comfortable but unfortunately I had trouble getting to sleep as the staff from the restaurant across the courtyard sat outside after closing, talking and laughing until……

“First time staying here for one night, check in was friendly and helpful. Room was a little dated but nice and clean also WiFi was good. Didn’t try the main restaurant in the evening but did have breakfast in morning of which was continental and it was good and staff were nice and pleasant. I would personally stay again ”
