“I specifically booked a room with a jacuzzi I took screenshots excitedly and sent to my fiancé. It was his birthday plus valentines and our anniversary so we needed to get away from the kids and life and stress to just appreciate each other. Anywho somehow at the last minute my reservation got changed to a jetted tub which is not a jacuzzi in the room.
