“House as advertised, spacious with lots of sleeping options, plenty of different areas for large groups to really spread out and enjoy. Very clean. Lake view is stunning. Host was attentive and responsive, but we had no issues.”

“We came up to visit daughter on what turned into a cold rainy windy weekend.But the “Shack” ( which is quite nice) was comfortable and cozy.We would recommend it to anyone desiring a quiet weekend in the Lake James area.”

“We stayed in this beautiful cabin for a short few days over spring break. The location was so close to everything in Boone and Blowing Rock. The cabin was fully stocked with any essentials we needed (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, etc) and had little touches like a waffle station setup with instructions! The multi level patio areas were wonderful. Our kiddos especially loved the game room and movie theater. I would highly recommend this cabin and hope to return in the future. ”

“Nothing but great things to say about the Cherry Hideaway. The house is located in neighborhood of other A Frames with placed between massive natural boulders that populate the area. It is a magnificent place to get away. Loved the design of the interior, record player and large deck. Location between Boone and Blowing Rock is ideal. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We absolutely loved this property! It was clean, very cute, and plenty of room for all of us. The only thing I wish was different is that there's not a direct walk out to the hot tub. In nicer weather, it wouldn't be an issue, but we had a very cold, windy, snowy night, so walking down the outside stairs wasn't ideal. Still, everything else was perfect!!!”
