“Perfect location if you want to be close to restaurants and the amusement park. Nice view of the ocean from the side balcony. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was a big hit with the little ones. Bonus points for all the beach towels that were supplied and the welcome gift. Only downside was that we were late being able to check in by 45 minutes due to the room not being ready. Also, if……

It is located right next to an amusement park and pier arcade, which I maybe wouldn’t prefer for an adult only vacation, but walking distance to some good restaurants and bars.”

“Despite having charming photos and even looking "nice" inside; our trip here was a nightmare from start to finish. First, the electronic lock on the door wasnt functioning and we were stuck out in the dark waiting for vacasa to give us access via a hide a key. “All your needs are met. It’s a convenient location for Old Orchard beach which is pretty.The bed is a little soft for me, and the pillows are a little hard, just personal likes. I had no cell service in the apartment, I’m with Verizon.It’s easy to contact Kari about anything and she has fast response time.My parking spot is behind the apartment not in front of its door like many others. This works well as I have an oversized vehicle. ”

“Easy check in, great location. Very quiet property while we were there, very relaxing. Unit was clean and comfortable. For future renters, note that you bring your own linens - this was a first for us. Towel inventory is very limited but worked out for the two of us. Front door deadbolt is in need of WD-40, just FYI for owner. Thoroughly enjoyed the indoor hot tub after long days of touring. Very close to the beautiful Goose Rocks Beach and Kennebunkport.
