“We were so happy with this property. It was extremely convenient to UNE, Kennebunkport, etc. Beach access was across the street and the wetlands abutting the property were so beautiful.Inside, the house was so much more than expected. Every space was well designed for maximum efficiency and so well appointed. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we could need and so much more.We rent properties with great frequency and this home did not feel like a rental with the bare minimum of necessities. We even……

“The listing said "Studio Apartment," but it is really just a bedroom with a bath. A mini-fridge, coffeemaker and microwave oven do not make this a "Studio" in the sense that I understand that word (i.e., a one-room apartment with kitchen and bath). When I went back and looked at the photos in the listing, that should have been obvious to me, but I got hung up on the word "Studio."That said, it was a comfortable room, although the bathroom was stingy on towels (no face cloths, only one hand……

“A cozy accommodation. Big enough for a small family that wants to spend days on the beach. Small enough for quick cleanup. My family and I enjoyed our stay.”

“C'est la deuxième fois que nous allons à cet endroit, dans le même appartement. Nous apprécions la proximité de la plage. La connexion internet fonctionnait bien et la télé également contrairement à l'an dernier. Nous aimons cet endroit, car il y a un frigo, un micro-ondes et un four pour cuisiner. Essentiel avec des enfants :-) Les draps et serviettes n'ont pas été changés, mais nous ne l'avons pas demandé. J'aurais aimé avoir une petite moppe pour ramasser le sable sur le plancher. ”

“This was our first time to New England (my aunt & I), and we stayed for a couple nights here to experience the beach life in southern Maine. This was such a cute beach town, lots of quaint beach shops, great restaurants (including Johnny Schuck’s which totally changed my mind on lobster - if you stay here you have to get their lobster roll!), and of course the beach. It’s literally a two minute walk to the beach, and they have 2 beach towels included. If you want to do more beach activities……

“When you open the front door you feel right at home. The property layout gives you space and connection and everything you need is there. We cooked our favorite holiday meals in the well appointed kitchen. The landscape and the natural setting of deer and ducks, beautiful sunrises at such a peaceful time of year was a gift. A special place to slow down and enjoy the gift of time. ”

“Overall good. Was told we could not stand in the Parking lot, and checkout instructions were vague. But a fabulous location- everything in walking distance! And very clean!”

“We stayed here during a long weekend and it was a cozy beach vacation. Everything we needed was steps away from the house. There was a firepit outback as well as an outdoor shower, if you are there in the warmer months., I would recommend to a small family that wants to get away and enjoy the peaceful coast of Maine. ”
