“The location is perfect with the golf course right next door and sitting up on the hill overlooking the harbor. The restaurant serves wonderful meals, one of the best lobster bisque we’ve ever had. The wrap around porch is awesome with heaters. In saying all this, the inn needs some TLC. Our room had paint chipping on the walls and all around the shower. The shower head was awful. “Our stay at the Westin in Portland was great. Staff was kind and helpful, room service was great, the hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The rooftop bar was gorgeous and had the best view of the town. My only complaint would be the small park right next door, it seems there is a lot of illegal activity and homelessness. That being said, I didn't really feel unsafe, but it was not pleasant to walk past everyday. ”
