“ This property, Rodeway Inn Hotel in Cleveland Tennessee​, has been absolutely fantastic! However, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with Expedia's customer service, which I recently experienced regarding my long-term hotel booking. ​ While the hotel itself has been excellent, my interaction with your representative was absolutely horrendous. I was on hold for over an hour to address a price discrepancy, only to be met with rude, incompetent service. The representative was……

“We loved that we had access to a full sized kitchen. It was very clean and the housekeeper was always cheerful and prompt with fresh towels as we chose not to be disturbed during our week-long stay. We were disappointed to learn that the in-house washer and dryer was disconnected and reserved for "long-term" guests only. We also had concerns with air circulation between the two rooms and bathroom. The AC unit was in the living area and besides ceiling fans there was no cold air in the bedroom……

I was greeted by a nice gentleman at the lobby desk who was happy to cater to extending my stay, moving rooms from fourth floor to first floor, helping me with exchanging cash for quarters for the washing facility, and even making my woman a glass of chocolate milk in the closed restaurant when it was discovered the little convenience store kiosk was out of chocolate milk. Made our stay great.”
