It is a very charming little retreat and having the added security of the garage for our classic muscle car was perfect. ”

The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood, looking at the historic homes in the area. “This is an impressive place in one of the best spots in Louisville! Very clean, incredible air conditioning and a cozy little patio to watch the lightening bugs! Our only recommendation is some of the beds had uncomfortable mattresses! ”

“We had a great family trip to the Swanky Condo! Multiple places to eat and check out in walking distance. Close enough to downtown to easily get there without all the noise and commotion. Easy parking! Amazing condo - clean, open floor plan, great for families, multiple things to do in and around the place. He put together a whole book about the place and stuff to do around town. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone! Plenty of towels, clutter free, very nice place!”

“Can't say enough great things about the property. Location is fantastic with a bar across the street, brewery next door, and other superb places within a 10 min walk. The place itself loaded with everything you need - full + well stocked kitchen, appliances, washer/dryer and multiple bathrooms. All areas were clean and the rooms and beds comfortable and spacious. Excellent communication with the property manager/owner Matt. Would not hesitate to return or recommend to anyone looking in……
