“Perfect place for my daughter and I during our stay. Loved having the garage to park in, beds were comfortable, and there was everything else we needed. Also took advantage of the bikes to explore the area. ”

“We visited my son, who is doing a college internship in Louisville, over the 4th of July weekend. We LOVED the house and the area! The house had both historic charm and modern updates. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood, looking at the historic homes in the area. The owner provided anything you could think of for use in a hoe away from home. The house was walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as a good launching point (not more……

“This is an impressive place in one of the best spots in Louisville! Very clean, incredible air conditioning and a cozy little patio to watch the lightening bugs! Our only recommendation is some of the beds had uncomfortable mattresses! ”

“We had a great family trip to the Swanky Condo! Multiple places to eat and check out in walking distance. Close enough to downtown to easily get there without all the noise and commotion. Easy parking! Amazing condo - clean, open floor plan, great for families, multiple things to do in and around the place. He put together a whole book about the place and stuff to do around town. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone! Plenty of towels, clutter free, very nice place!”

“Can't say enough great things about the property. Location is fantastic with a bar across the street, brewery next door, and other superb places within a 10 min walk. The place itself loaded with everything you need - full + well stocked kitchen, appliances, washer/dryer and multiple bathrooms. All areas were clean and the rooms and beds comfortable and spacious. Excellent communication with the property manager/owner Matt. Would not hesitate to return or recommend to anyone looking in……
