“I've stayed at quite a few guest houses country wide. This was one of my least favorite experiences. Battled to get into enclosed estate. Eventually had to phone guest house to find out how to get there as it is in an enclosed area. Manager /Reception new employee. Dressed very sloppy. Outside garden beautiful but unkept. Staff sitting around instead of cleaning outside garden furniture which was quite dirty. Rooms quite big but in urgent need of repairs and maintenance. Expected more from a……
