“First, South Africa is the most beautiful Country!! The house is amazing, the host is amazing. The house was everything the host said it would be. The house was clean and the host had everything for all of our every needs. The host was always a call or text away to answer every question we had and offered help we didn't think about. The location is perfect and close to everything. We already told the host we are going to reach out when we come back and we will to stay at the same place……

Had to pay taxi to drive to this property, then drive again.... far distance to an alternate hotel.Will contact my credit card company for refund on fees paid, an discourage use of this app/service provider. Property is very far from downtown area, in a completely residential area. No indication of local businesses.... stores, restaurants, etc.”

“Probably the worst rental accommodation in 50 years of global travel I have ever stayed in. Your non-refundable policy is entirely inappropriate consider that it was the wrong property. I stayed 3 of 8 nights. I could not take my wife there. In SA under the Consumer Protection Act you would be obliged to refund me for the 4 nights I cancelled. Your whole system if flawed and unfair. No recommendations from me to use Stayz - quite the contrary”

Communication with the owner was always positive and friendly and she really helped us make sure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend and stay again”
