“The place is not clean,has a bad smell and is noisy. We were told that we'll have to move to another smaller room oh Saturday. We decided to check out on Saturday even though we booked for two nights. There's big cockroaches too”

“Will never stay there again. Aircon was not working, did not even make an effort to help with the room being cold. Had to sleep with a jacket, as there are not even extra blankets in the room. The bed was not made with a lot of effort, my 10year old cousin would do it better. The breakfast was horrible, food was raw, had to send it back, had to ask for juice and glass and we still waiting for it. Being 6 friends, where 4 of us are in travel we will never send our customers there. Someone……

“This was an exceptional stay. The people greeted us and went above and beyond to ensure we were welcomed and had everything we need. The property was also so lovely with cool artwork and vibey decor throughout. Truly an exceptional stay. “I stayed there 3 nights.Everything is good (Room/Price/Breakfast/Staff/Free airport shuttle service) except their terrible sound insulation room, You can hear a lot of voice sometimes. There are several blackout situations during my stay. You had better pay it all in advance,otherwise you might be double charged by their new employee.”

Front desk manager is so bad in discrimination

"We requested early check in long time ago and were guaranteed to obtain a room for early check in. But even after 2:30 pm the room was said not ready, but actually it was cheating."
