“We stayed there for 5 nights with our 2 teen girls joining over the weekend. Everything was really good: the hospitality, the room and bedding, breakfast, local restaurant guide and even the flush at the toilet. Parking was an issue after 8pm as usually all the closest parking lots would be full.”
“Staff were friendly and the property itself exudes vintage elegance. Unfortunately our room (Room 5 on ground floor) smelt extremely strongly of damp, so we didn't unpack any belongings. Despite opening windows and airing the room, there remained a very strong smell. There is obviously a long-term damp problem with this room which the owners should really get fixed.”
“Older hotel in need of refurbishment. Staff was minimal, but very friendly and helpful. Off-season so not a lot of activity. Hotel was otherwise quiet and everything worked. ”
“Warm welcome, comfortable and very clean apartment. Well stocked kitchen for a longer self catering stay. Well situated for town, beach, restaurants etc. loved the fresh fruit in reception and the tea and coffee available. ”
“Superb views from our room, although room was a little dated it was very clean and comfortable, excellent value, we did not try breakfast as it didn't fit with our plans but it did smell good. ”
“I cannot fault the room at all we had the family room. So clean and the furnishings were lovely. Bed was super comfortable. Communication from the premises was spot-on. Explained everything about checking in which was so easy. Didn’t sample the food in the pub downstairs however it smelt amazing. ”
