“The condo was as described and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was informative and quick to respond with any questions I had. The view was amazing and a close walk to the beach. The location was perfect and near restaurants/shopping. We would definitely come back again!”

“If you're thinking about booking this place, don't hesitate! The check in process was a breeze. The owners sent a code to use on the key pad to enter. It was very clean and a short walk to the beach. They have beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, umbrella, tent, etc. all available for guest use. Everything was in excellent condition. We did have an issue finding the sheets for the pull out couch but the owners answered my call right away and helped us find some immediately. Only one thing to keep in……

“Great location. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was always cold (it had a “chiller” element). It was a perfect beach house, equipped with everything we needed. Can’t wait to see the finished outdoor area (under construction) next year when we return. Thanks Ashley for allowing us to stay and play at our favorite place!”

“Property is perfectly situated with ocean view and steps south to beach access. Check-in was easy. Kitchen is modern and great for groups. Be aware, this is a duplex. You’ll be sharing common pool if you don’t rent both sides. ”

“Edi and Sara are great hosts. They were quick to respond to our questions and helpful in planning our trip. The vrbo was very clean and had lots of room. It was convenient to the beach, shopping, cumberland island and the jacksonville zoo. The neighborhood was quiet and we often walked in the evenings. The neighbors spoke and waved while we were out walking. It truly is a safe, family oriented area. Extra points for the fenced in yard for our dog to enjoy. We had a great time and highly……
