“We had everything we needed while staying at Chad’s downtown apartment. While the mattress could use an update, along with the decor, everything was in great working order and close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. We were very happy with our stay.”

“This is a really cute place to stay. Me and my guests stayed 7 nights here when originally we were only going to stay 6. However, we added an extra night so we could stay longer. The host was very good with communicating and super nice. Just a heads up if anyone wants to stay here there is an actual hot tub in the backyard and not the inflatable like the picture. Honestly, I would still stay here again it’s super cute and a quiet neighborhood too. They did a really good job at making this place……

“We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend @ Grand Lake Cozy Cottage. The layout of the home is perfect. The kitchen is at least a 4 person working kitchen so that was great. The additional dining space was a plus. Due to inclement weather, we ended up having a great 'game day/night' at the table. It was enough for 6 people. The levels of decking was a bonus as was the boat house play room. It was nice having a long dock at we brought two fishing boats along with us. You won't regret renting this……
