“The Omni Homestead is the perfect location for a quick ski getaway. Overall we enjoyed our stay, however there were a few kinks with service, that could stand to be ironed out. “AC needs to be fixed. This hotel sent a link earlier to fill out all necessary details like drivers license, CC, vehicle information, demographics. When we checked in we had to do all of that again on paper. When I told the staff we already did that online, she just shrugged. “What a nice find. We've been to West Virginia for years with family roots. When this property showed up or Hotels.com, it was a pleasant surprise.
