“This was by far the best airbnb we've stayed at. Very accommodating and clean. Jim was very quick to answer any questions we had.We were a group of 6. 4 adults, 2 kids & 2 dogs. There was plenty of space for all of us. Dont forget to check out the little waterfall on the property. Its not a far hike at all. The trail can be easily missed if you dont know its there.If you walk down from the firepit toward the hot tub & turn left theres a partially mowed path. Keep following the path to the……

“The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting.……

“Three families with teens and tweens had a wonderful time this weekend. We were steps from the slopes and had everything for a comfortable and fun weekend. The three teen boys loved the bunk/gameroom. The hot tub was a great place to warm up after skiing. We will absolutely be back.”

“Lovely house, very well appointed with everything in the kitchen you could ever need. Good set up with a bathroom for each bedroom. We loved the creek running through the backyard and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“The house, furniture and appliances were in great condition. All beds were very comfortable. Plenty of good firewood to burn. Beautiful view across the mountains from the spacious hot tub. Plenty of room for our two families of four. The free shuttle would pick us up at the bottom of the driveway within minutes of calling them. The host was so easy to communicate with, helpful and very nice. Definitely staying here from now on.”

“We recently stayed at Bellview cottage to attend a family member's wedding. The house is in a great location. Plenty of room and very clean. We all enjoyed the putting green out back too! I would highly recommend this home. ”

“Such a sweet small town and this rental is a great location because it’s just a few blocks from restaurants, the river, and the rail trail but far enough that there isn’t much traffic! The home is fully stocked with everything you need (they seriously thought of everything!) The host was super easy to chat with about local suggestions and questions about our planning before arriving! The house doesn’t have AC but fans are provided for each room which was helpful! We even brought a couple more……

“The cabin is amazing! Had a fire going the whole weekend and went in the hot tub every night. Only problem was parking can be sketchy. The driveway is steep/angled and was fully iced over during our stay. Still totally worth it.”

“Cabin was modern and comfy, extremely well equipped and great location. No carpet so that gave us great peace of mind since we wnt with our dogs which was the best part! Communication with owner was amazing, snow was amazing and will surely be back again!! ”
