“Needed a place to stay for night, cancelled trains meant couldn't get home. Was second time booking this hotel. Knew would be a clean and comfortable room with a quick seemless check in, efficient and friendly staff. ”

“Room is spacious and comfortable. All furniture have nice finishes. Has full kitchen and cooking appliances. The bar stools on the island are a bit too high however, so we have to stand while eating. Great location in the city center. Parking is decently easy once you find it. There is a homeless shelter right near the entrance, so it’s a bit uncomfortable. The rooms are a bit hard to find, and a longer walk from the car park, but the staff tried to provide detailed instructions to facilitate.”

“if you arrive earlier than 3pm, and would like to leave your luggage with them, be prepare that they'll charge you for 15 GBP for that. The reason was luggage room was full, and the only option was early check-in, costing 15 GBP. ”
