Clean, all basic kitchen needs present(and one of the best knife sets in a rental ever made cooking prep a pleasure), Jennifer responded quickly. “A simple, clean studio with many of the amenities available during our one week stay. Hilo was only 20 min. away, so the location was not a challenge. With only a need of a place to sleep and shower, this unit was perfectly adequate for us in comfort, value and cost. We didn’t know our studio was in a complex with multiple connecting units in a 3-story building. Typical of Hawaiʻi homes, the walls are not double sided so you’ll hear the sounds through the walls and floors (or ceiling). We missed……

“We were happy to find a place to stay in Hilo during Merrie Monarch because our trip came up late to help at an event.
