“EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED! Convenient to Volcano NP. Hosted thought of everything.... space heater, dehumidifer and well outfitted kitchen. Cozy, unique property. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The grounds were amazing. We were allowed to pick our own fruits like papaya, sapote, banana, mountain apple, avocado, cacao, etc. The property was clean and cozy, and the outdoor shower was very nice. Only downside was a couple of loud coqui frogs at night, and it was a bit of a drive to Hilo.”

“From the moment we arrived on the property, we could tell it was going to be beautiful! The little cabin is situated in the middle of the forest 10 minutes from volcano national Park. The grass driveway and surrounding forestry is pretty amazing to arrive too. The cabinet itself is clean and updated, while still remaining very charmingly rustic. There's a huge shower and the water gets hot very quickly. The fireplace under the television is a beautiful addition for chili nights. And the washer……

“Where do I start…this magical cottage is amazing! From the personalized welcome sign to the hanging bed on the lanai this place left us feeling relaxed and not wanting to leave. The sound of frogs at night serenaded us to sleep and the bright sun and birds chirping woke us up in the morning. Walking through the lychee orchard was such experience. Lucy & Molly were a great welcome commitment! If you love dogs you will not be disappointed. Madeleine was great at communicating before our stay and……

“Biggest advantage of the house is the short distance to the N.P. The house itself could be a little bit more cleaned. Also the bed is not very comfortable. But all in all we had a good time. ”

The bed heaters on each side were such a great touch—my wife runs cold and I run hot, so we both slept perfectly.The headlamps provided were awesome for exploring, and the location couldn’t have been better.
