“This place was perfect. We slept on the hanging bed every night and it was so peaceful. Waking up naturally to the sunrise was so refreshing and we felt incredibly well rested every morning! This is a must stay place in my opinion.”

“This is a beautiful place and quite clean. They also have a cache of masks, snorkel, chairs and other beach items which is helpful. We used this cottage as base camp to visit Volcanoes NP. It is a good option if you have a rental car. They don't call it the "Big Island" for nothing. There is a lot of windshield time when traveling the area. My only constructive criticism of this property, as well as almost all other VRBOs, is to reduce the unnecessary furniture, bookshelves, and tchotchkes that……

“We absolutely loved our stay! The place felt super private with all the lush greenery—like our own little hideaway. The house was stocked with everything we could need, from coffee, creamer, and tea to cooking essentials, which made it feel extra welcoming. The bed heaters on each side were such a great touch—my wife runs cold and I run hot, so we both slept perfectly.The headlamps provided were awesome for exploring, and the location couldn’t have been better.
