“Brian and Patsi have an absolute treasure on their beautiful estate property overlooking the marsh. From the initial communication, they were very detailed and friendly.Upon arrival, we immediately knew we'd chosen a gem of a private getaway to wrap up our much needed week long vacation.The boathouse was so charming and inviting as soon we opened the front door. The soft music and warm ambient lighting throughout the house was a beautiful touch. Everything that we could possibly need was there!……

“Lovely, quiet cottage in walking distance to the water and downtown Beaufort. Comfortable bed and just the right size for 2 of us. Our only issue was that the shower was either scalding or freezing, it was impossible to regulate. ”

“When we walked into the apartment right away we were very pleased. An adorable kitchen. Had everything we needed. Nice size pantry. There was a comfy couch, nice area carpet layed over wooden floors. A TV in the livingroom & one in the bedroom. Easy to work the remotes. A nice size bedroom & comfy bed. Good size walk in closet. Bathroom had a great supply of towels & wash cloths. Big containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash with nice size words on them so they could be read without……

“Love this place! I’ve stayed here 5 times and I never get tired of it. The bed is so comfortable! I love looking at the birds outside my bedroom window. I love the spiral staircase and the decor. I enjoy my morning cup of coffee out on the private patio with the songs of birds above me. The location is great! Easy parking. ”
