“Plenty of room for all 4 of us. Very cozy, comfortable place. Private hot tub awesome! Very clean. Property mgmt was very well organized and was stellar at communication! Only thing they could Fix(minor) is the book in the rental for check out procedures is slightly different than the digital check out procedures. Overall, we would/ will come back! Fantastic rental & great management. out procedures differeed from out fix”

“The only thing bad was the washer and dryer did not work. The inside of the house was beautiful. The outside could use a little work.”

“Beautiful views, the floor heating was set too high. Could not adjust to comfort. Lighting in bathroom over sink was not adequate. House could use to be decluttered. Instructions on how to use the CD equipment was not available ”

“Cabin 2 is behind 1 so not on water but you have access to beautiful large shared deck. ”

“We absolutely loved the property! Beautiful views, we could see a bit of the ocean from the front and were surrounded by the bay out the back. The rooms were wonderful and the condo was clean. The whole place was beautifully decorated and cared for. I really can't think of any complaints at all. ”

“When arriving the bearmat was disconnected. When entering the house know there is no air conditioning so if you are sensitive to heat I wouldnt reccomend staying. The floor of the living room was heavily scratched. The deck of the balcony should be checked because some boards are loose and could be a tripping hazard. The hottub had to be reset many times over the course of our trip but was fine over all. The place is very worn down, with doors, cabinets, and tables being scratched up too.The……

“Overall I would describe this property as ok...didn't exceed or overly disappoint. Was some cleanliness issues like spider webs inside in multiple places leading to a spider dropping from the vaulted ceiling onto my mother's head. Which most in the group found funny but she didn't. The beds weren't as comfortable as I would expect from a premium location. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are below grade which caused cool evenings/ mornings in spring months. We were not able to find extra blankets or bedding……

“This property was so quaint and made the whole experience better. Great location and had everything we needed. Hot tub was great after hiking. We also appreciated access to trails in neighborhood. Would love to return in future.”

“House was beautiful, clean and the free shuttle service to Northstar was fantastic!! Our family of 10 had plenty of room. Kitchen is well stocked. Communication for checkin and checkout was great !! We will stay here again. ”

“We had a family of 4 plus a bonus family member. There were plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils. The dishwasher and fridge were new and worked very well. The host also provides some games ranging from apples to apples jr edition and sorry all the way to cards for humanity and the OG Trivial Pursuit. You can’t get bored here!The view is breathtaking and we spent hours just sitting on the back porch and decompressing. Please do note that if you’re not able bodied you would find this property……

“My family and I spent the weekend at this beautiful home for my son’s 18th birthday. He brought his snowboarding buddies along and the proximity to Northstar was great. My daughter and I made use of TART connect and were able to get to town during the snowstorm and Christmas shop and have an amazing lunch at Fat Cat Bar and Grill. The driveway was no joke in the snow, if you don’t have 4 wheel drive and it’s winter be aware. Also, bring along towels specifically for the hot tub. The home……

“It was the ideal cabin for Lake Tahoe! I would note that this is not in South Lake City, but about 45 minutes north of it so just keep that in mind when booking as there is limited things to do in Tahoe City.”

“The proximity to the beach, and house were perfect. The only thing to note from our stay was the mattresses were not comfortable and a few of us were struggling from back pain or not sleeping. I think being walking distance from the beach made up for it though!”
