“The staff are very friendly and helpful. They provide good English service. Room service is thoughtful and change clean sheets everyday unlike in the US!!! It's a little inconvenient if you arrive late because the entrance to the lobby needs keycard to open, I arrived late and I couldn't get in and was lost for a while.”

“Wonderful location and building. Tiffany ceiling a stand out. The staff was outstanding. They could not do enough for us. Incredibly polite. So glad we stayed in this area and easy to go to Roma, Polanco, museums and historical sites. Easy food choices such as El Cardenal for bfast or lunch. Cafe Taguba for dinner. Other famous restaurants within a short distance. Very safe too!”

“I’ve always wanted to stay at this hotel because the music on the rooftop is always nice. Sadly I didn’t have enough time to check it out. AC system was great compared to most hotels in Mexico City. If your shopping in Tepito or lagunilla, this is the best hotel in the area. Great staff at this hotel. I wish it were cheaper and I’d use it more option. ”

“The location of this hostel is very good, the room is tidy and clean and staff are really helpful! Overall it’s a very great hostel for this price, just one thing, the lights in the bathroom and toilet area is not enough, sometimes i feel kind of spooky when taking shower in very dark lighting, would be perfect if they can make bathroom area brighter!”
