“I booked this listing with the understanding that we were going to be the only occupants. Upon arrival we discovered a gated and locked staircase to the upper level. Concerned that the upper floor might be occupied or possibly available for another rental booking, we called Hotels to confirm again the sole occupancy. “My partner and 14 friends stayed here for my birthday celebration and we could not have been happier with our choice. Each of the rooms has it's own private bathroom, is spotlessly clean, and comfortable. No AC, but small heaters, plenty of blankets and towels are available. There is a big dining room downstairs and ample hang-out space in the courtyard and on the rooftop deck. “Luis Felipe's place was modern and well stocked. Lovely to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Host was fantastic on communication with us as well. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“I stayed here with three friends and we had a great experience. The accommodations were fantastic, the house was clean and well furnished, and the location was perfect. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area upstairs so we could soak in the awesome weather. The hosts were helpful and very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again when in Mexico city. ”

“We were 3 generations under the Casa Cometa’s very high roof. The carved wooden furniture, lovely tile and iron work, excellently appointed kitchen, baths and spacious dining and living areas were perfect for us. I just wish we could spend more time in the quiet outdoor patios! “Here's the deal. I went to VRBO for a quick stay on a certain date. When I booked it two things happened. 1) I was booked on the wrong date. It was supposed to be on the 12th not the 13th. 2) They double booked me on the same property and charged my credit card twice. I explained this to the host immediately and they suggested I might be able to move into something else they had on the 12th. This didn't happen and I never heard from them again. “We enjoyed the spacious, safe and convenient location of the property. The metro, street food, restauarnts, grocery stores, street markets are within walking distance. The property has an elevator and friendly security team. Recommended for short and long stays.”

“Great for a girls trip to Mexico City!Host was very responsive with helping.Large space!Only complaint: Amenities leave a good amount to be desired (predominantly would request better towels, new shower mats, larger tv, better/more lawn chairs. (Also the dogs next door bark nonstop).”
