“The property was in a great location in Condesa. Super walkable to nearby restaurants and parks. Great place for a homebase in CDMX. Third Floor has elements without a ceiling so there can be some dustier areas in the home. Some mosquitos on the third floor. ”

“I booked this listing with the understanding that we were going to be the only occupants. Upon arrival we discovered a gated and locked staircase to the upper level. Concerned that the upper floor might be occupied or possibly available for another rental booking, we called Hotels to confirm again the sole occupancy. “Altogether we were 8 people (four couples). We had a very nice experience in this property. The rooftop deck was great, although be aware that it is about three flights up a spiral staircase. The neighborhood is fantastic. We could walk to many parks and restaurants. Would definitely return and recommend to others. My ratings:1. Communications with hosts: 5 out of 52. “We stayed here with two families (9 people total) and it was great. There were plenty of beds and plenty of space in general. The location wasn't ideal (not super walkable to a lot of things we wanted to go to, especially for small kids) but that was my fault! The kitchen is small so if you're planning to cook for a big group be aware of that. ”
