“We had an awesome time at this property. The property is walking distance to both La Condesa and La Roma Norte. Also, its great for large groups as everyone gets their own bedroom and most bedrooms have their own bathroom. Highly recommend using the property's concierge service they offer. ”

“Great house for a larger group. Everyone was comfortable. Bathroom lighting upstairs could be brighter but was not a hindrance. The water went out once but the host arranged for maintenance to come by within 30 minutes and it was fixed. I would stay again!”

“Stayed here with my friends for a bachelorette and it’s the perfect place for it. Very clean place, the photos are accurate, and it is so spacious. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay in the Polanco area as the location is fantastic. Host was very responsive and accommodating.”

“Here's the deal. I went to VRBO for a quick stay on a certain date. When I booked it two things happened. 1) I was booked on the wrong date. It was supposed to be on the 12th not the 13th. 2) They double booked me on the same property and charged my credit card twice. I explained this to the host immediately and they suggested I might be able to move into something else they had on the 12th. This didn't happen and I never heard from them again. I sent several messages to cancel these……

“We loved the location and the place accommodated 7 people fairly well! There is only air conditioners in two of the rooms, but with fans and keeping the windows open (visit was mid-May) it was not too hot for everyone. We had some issues with the electricity, but Jorge responded and it was resolved. ”

The location couldn’t have been better—right in Roma Norte, with a taco stand conveniently open late just across the street.Alex, the onsite groundskeeper, was incredibly kind and worked hard to keep the space organized, which was no small task given there were 10 of us creating our fair share of messes.The only suggestion I’d offer is to consider refurbishing the rooftop deck.
