“While the condo was in an ideal location in Kona, the amenities at the property were less than what I expected. The shower and bathroom sink were filthy. There were several hairs in the shower the day we arrived and what looked like toothpaste in the bathroom sink. The bathroom mirror was also dirty, with water spots all over it. The condo needs a good overall cleaning, as there was dust and dirt all over the walls, fans, decorations, etc. It is also a little outdated. The TV should be updated……

“I booked two beds room but got a room with only one bed. The staff said that they didn’t get this information from Expedia. And our room’s next to the exit door, not feel very safe. The restaurant of the hotel’s good and not that expensive.”
