“everything was absolutely wonderful all across the board...beautiful hotel with beautiful grounds and pool area, enjoyed reading the hawaiian history stories about the property...only issue were the parking wrist bands and room keys sometimes would not work so you didn't know which to use and sometimes you just had to punch for a ticket to enter or leave, which you don't pay, the front desk said to just throw them away....we would absolutely stay again....had a most perfect big island……

The community is in a perfect location to most activities in Kona, and the shops are close by for groceries. There's a nice pool area, a welcoming lounge, and laundry facilities. Paradise everyday! ”

“I booked two beds room but got a room with only one bed. The staff said that they didn’t get this information from Expedia. And our room’s next to the exit door, not feel very safe. The restaurant of the hotel’s good and not that expensive.”
