“This is a loft within a shared property housing several rooms/suites. Our space was private with an individual entrance on a shared yard and lot. The signage and access was very easy. Great location to everything in central Ashland, and a quiet neighborhood feel that is both safe and easy. Off-street parking directly behind the property for anyone with a car. Everything was really clean and neat. The room itself was large and comfortable. There is a staircase to access and no elevator, so……

“This is a WONDERFUL place to stay at during a visit to Ashland. Perfect for two adults. Four would be tight, but workable if you know each other well. The place was clean and well prepped. Easy walking distance to the OSF theaters as well to the Railroad area for Noble coffee and additional food opportunities. Sarah, one of the owners, was quite helpful and extremely friendly. This is one of the best places to stay in Ashland. 10 out of 10 rating! We have already signed on to come back next……

"Our check-in time is at 10 pm. As soon as we enter, we will give our two children a bath for early rest. When you need to blow dry your hair after washing it, you can't find it in any room. After staying in so many hotels, it was the first time I encountered a room without a hair dryer. I immediately contacted the front desk, who had a good service attitude and promised to help me bring one over. However, in the end, we searched the entire hotel without a backup hair dryer, and we ended up sleeping with our hair wet. Because there are two children, we used to take a can of disinfection spray on the trip. In order to disinfect the toilet, tables and chairs in the hotel room, when I disinfected and wiped the toilet seat, I saw some black things like feces, which was really disgusting, and the hygiene was very poor. I will not consider visiting this hotel again."
