“We normally stay in one of the downtown historic district hotels, but this year decided to try something different. This year we stayed at the eastern wharf in a condominium. It was a good choice for us since we had our daughter and her two children with us this time. It accommodated our needs very well and were very nice accommodations. You will get your steps in if you plan to ride the ferry back-and-forth to the convention center as I did. Also, there are quite a few steps from the parking……

“The house was great, the location was amazing! There are 3 levels, so a lot of stairs. My FIL has mobility issues so this posed a problem. There is an office/ daybed on the first floor that could have worked but the bed was too low for my in-laws. Other than that one small issue, it was a super house! We walked downtown, to Forsythe Park and along the riverfront With ease!! ”

Great location to branch out and see everything in Savannah. Probably the easiest check in I have done. And I have stayed in over two dozen VRBO rentals around the country ”
