“Ease of communication with owner. There are no street lights so if you have concerns about vehicle safety you cannot see your vehicle at night. Cozy place, clewiwitwitsosomeligmaintenance”

“We arrived extremely late and the check-in process was seamless. Property was just as described - no issues. Neighborhood is a little run down, but it appears other properties are being repaired / fixed up. Very convenient for us as we only stayed the weekend before our cruise. Less than 2 miles to the beach, and less than 5 minutes from the cruise port. Neighbor was very friendly and chatted with us. Workers next door began working around 9am on Sunday before we left - again, very friendly and……

“Only problem was it was to far to walk to the strand,had to pay for packing each day. And there was a light out in the back bathroom and above the stove. House was very clean and beds comfortable ”

“Rooms are large, close to everything but the dishwasher doesn't work and smells horrible, the coffee pots don't work, someone had a dog in there and the carpets have stains all over them and you can see light in the master bath tub because the pipe goes outside and drains on the ground. Such a nice house but these things really need to be addressed. ”

“Beautiful and cozy place but the air conditioning wasn’t working properly even though we let the manager know a few times since we checked in, it turned out that it was set to be in 78 degree every hour and we learned that by the manager right before check out. Also the smoke alarm went on from 4 to 7 am being really annoying.”
