Neighborhood is a little run down, but it appears other properties are being repaired / fixed up. Very convenient for us as we only stayed the weekend before our cruise. Less than 2 miles to the beach, and less than 5 minutes from the cruise port. Neighbor was very friendly and chatted with us. Workers next door began working around 9am on Sunday before we left - again, very friendly and……

Also the smoke alarm went on from 4 to 7 am being really annoying.”
