“What's great: The location is right at one end of the Walnut Street pedestrian bridge. Unfortunately, the bridge is closed until late 2026, and the hotel does not mention this on their website. Boo! Nonetheless, it's only a few blocks downhill to the aquarium, and a short climb over a cool overpass to the Hunter Museum. Lots of local artwork. Some of it is pretty good. The sheets. The view. What's not: The price. When the bridge is open, it's worth it. Road noise. The termostat in……

“My room was very large and very well appointed. It is a nice room as I’ve stayed at any hotel in America. I will definitely stay at the Indigo again.”

“This was a really cool hotel. We stayed here on Valentine’s Day because we went to a show in the Walker theater and it was close by. I love the retro design. We had the tiki suite and it had a sitting area with a fireplace and it was so nice to sit by the fire after we’d been out walking in the cold. If you’re looking for something with a cool vibe and a lot of character, give this place a look. ”

“Very nice, attentive staff. Only have valet parking which is slightly annoying, but the boys were always quick to retrieve our vehicle. Housekeeping staff are very noisy. There must be a fire station nearby, it was constant sirens and firetrucks during our 4 day stay. ”

“There was nothing wrong with the room itself. However, they did not send the gate code ahead of time as promised. When I arrived on site during their business hours no one was there and the place was locked up. I tried calling, but no one picked up and there was no voice mail message. Fortunately, while I was working with Expedia to try to get my money back, they did finally return my call and gave me the information I needed.
